Welcome to The Kirton Estate!

The Kirton Estate is situated on the Felixstowe peninsular, close to Felixstowe, Ipswich and Woodbridge.  It is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty alongside the River Deben.

The Estate is managed by the Paul family as a mainly arable farm, but also buys in a few cattle in the summer to graze the meadows.  Some of the land is certified as Organic, and is let for vegetable production.

There are a number of residential cottages and a few commercial premises, which are let on terms of six months upwards.

The Estate runs a well established Shoot, which has a reputation for excellent sport and hospitality.
